Teen Ballet Program

Teen Ballet Program

Designed for students ages 11–18 with limited or no previous ballet experience, Teen Ballet provides a welcoming introduction to classical ballet in a supportive and encouraging environment. Classes focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and confidence while developing a solid technical foundation through barre work, center practice, pirouettes, allegro, and stretching.

The Teen Ballet Program is divided into two levels to accommodate different experience levels: Teen A – Beginner and Teen B – Intermediate. Pointe work is not a required part of the Teen Ballet program. Students who demonstrate appropriate technical readiness may be considered for pointe on an individual basis, as determined by the instructor.
